Tracking Your Order


- A tracking code will be emailed to the email address we have on file. Do double check that you have input the correct email address and/or telephone number so we can promptly contact you when needed.

Example of tracking code for Singapore orders: RC123456789SG 
Example of tracking code for international orders: RB123456789US

- You may track your package at for orders from Singapore and  for international orders.

- For international orders, once your item is despatched overseas from Singapore, you may log into to track your package.

- In situations when your package is lost, do drop your post office an email or call with the tracking number and they should be able to help you with locating your package. For more information, click here.



If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us preferably within 2 hours after your order is placed. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that we do not do refunds. You can opt to exchange for another item or retain store credits.
