PAYMENT AND PURCHASE

Q: I don't have a PayPal Account, can I use bank transfer instead?
You do not require an account to complete your payment process at PayPal. You may opt to manually key in your credit or debit card details (found right below the log in box) and they will charge your card independently. 

We highly recommend setting up a PayPal account as it is a fast and fuss free way to pay without having to take out your card every time you checkout.

We do not accept bank transfer.

Q: Can I come by your studio to purchase with cash?
Yes, you may come by our studio after making an appointment with us via email. 
We accept CASH, NETS, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. 

Q: I am buying this as a gift, can my recipient exchange for something else if she doesn't like it or if it doesn't fit her?
YES HE/SHE CAN! Please refer to our Returns page for more information.

Q: Can I pre-order?
Drop us an email :) It really depends as we work with what we can get and we do not mass produce.

Q: Can you charge me in my preferred currency?
The store will be charging your card in Singapore Dollars. PayPal will be doing an initial conversion for you. 

Q: How much is this item in my currency? 
You may want to use our currency convert feature at the top right hand of the website beside the cart tab. If your currency is not available, we would recommend logging on to www.xe.com for a manual convertion.

Q: Can you take a picture of what's available and let me choose before I checkout?
We will gladly photograph of the available stocks for you to pick before we ship but we require you to place an order for the item. If you do not like the items pictured, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a credit refund for the item(s) within 3 working days.

Leave a note at checkout and we will drop you an email with the images. We will reply within 48 hours.

Q: Will the stones change colour?
No, the colours of the stone will not change. However dirt or mould may accumulate on it as it is an organic material. We would recommend storing your jewellery pieces in a dry and dark place when not in use to prevent such incidents from occurring.

Q: Are your stones real?
Yes, they are. We do not use resin or synthetic crystals which explains its organic shape and each stone being unique.

Q: Do you do stone cleansing?
Unfortunately we are not able to do so as we are not experts in new age stone therapy. All stones are however pre-cleansed with water for hygiene purposes before crafting. 

Q: Can I pass you a stone I have and have you made into a piece of jewellery for me?
We do not provide 'tailor' like services. Or custom products at the moment. What we have are on our webstore or listed on Instagram.

We can alter the length of your preferred design just to fit you so drop us an email or leave a note at checkout for a special request.

JEWELLERY CARE

Q: Will your jewellery rust?
No, as we do not use Iron as our metal base. Most of our chains are gold plated on brass. 

Q: Will your jewellery tarnish?

Unfortunately only solid Gold and Platinum will never tarnish hence their hefty price tag. Any sort of plating will eventually tarnish without proper care. 

We have many after-care products that would help keep your jewellery fresher for longer. You may want to consider getting these simple solutions to help extend the wear of your jewellery.

Q: Can I wash my hands wearing your rings?
We would advise against it as it would contribute to the tarnishing of your jewellery item.  

Q: Can you help me polish a jewellery item I bought from another brand? Can I bring it to your office?
You can purchase a sunshine polishing cloth from us right here and we will teach you how to polish your own jewellery item at the convenience and comfort of your own home.
