Is the COVID-19 Pandemic going to affect my order?

We are business-as-usual with our online store. However, due to a surge in online orders worldwide as well as a reduced workforce due to social distancing and safety measures, a slight delay of 4-8 in shipping times.


We're working very closely with our shipping partner J&T Express to ensure your packages reach you as soon as possible.

How long do you take to despatch my order?

All orders are despatched from our warehouse based in Singapore. We ship all orders out within 2 working days.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and after discounts.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we are not guaranteeing delivery dates. Shipping time is also subjected to customs clearance.

- Orders below $50: $3 by J&T Express (1-3 days)

- Orders above $50: Free Shipping by J&T Express (1-3 days)

 
Malaysia

- Orders below $80: $4 by J&T Express

- Orders above $80: Free shipping by J&T Express

- Orders below $200: $15 by DHL Express (1-3 days)

- Orders above $200: Free shipping by DHL Express (1-3 days)

We currently do not ship to any other countries due to increased rates and delays in logistics during the COVID-19 pandemic. We seek your kind understanding and hope that we'll resume shipping to you very soon.

Will I be charged for duties and taxes?

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be incurred at and determined by your local customs. 


Should you refuse your shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order, issue a refund in cash or store credits or pay for the tax in order for you to receive your package. You will also be responsible for all re-delivery of your orders due to this refusal.

How long does shipping take?

Singapore: 2-4 working days

Malaysia: 4-6 working days

All other countries: 4-8 working days


Due to the COVID-19 pendemic, there are slight delays in the delivery of your order. We seek your kind understanding during this uncertain time.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

All deliveries require a signature to receive and will not be able to deliver to a PO box. 

Where is my order?

Once we have despatched your order, there will be a tracking code attached to the fulfillment email. Simply follow the link in the email or copy your tracking code to track it here.


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, slight delays may occur at any point of your order's journey. We hope you would give it a few more days to reach you. 

Why is my order status labelled as 'Failed Pickup'?

In the unlikely event that this has happened, not to worry, your order has been picked up and is enroute to the warehouse or hub. This occurs when there is a system glitch during pickup when the barcode label scanned has not registered.


Your package will be scanned again when it is ready for despatch and will continue on its journey of being delivered to your doorstep.
