- We only accept payment via PayPal
- You do not need a PayPal account to checkout. You may opt to manually key in your credit or debit card details.
- We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
- A receipt and order confirmation will be emailed to you when the payment is successful. By Invite Only™ will not be issuing another receipt together with the items sent.
- If you have been issued a store credit, a dollar-value coupon with no expiry date would have been issued to you via email.
- You may use the code at checkout to redeem your credits.
- Store credits may only be used on our webstore and not redeemable at our physical stockists in Singapore or anywhere else.
- The customer is responsible for any sales taxes incurred at their local customs.
- We are happy to take your order quickly by phone.

- You may alternatively place an order with us via email. Simply let us know which are the items you would like to have and we will send you an invoice shortly after your confirmation.
After placing an order, we will send an email to confirm the shipping address and the items you have ordered. Please check through the shipping address and drop us an email if you spot any errors with your address, preferably quick as we pack and ship fast.
By Invite Only™ will not be liable for items sent to a wrong shipping address provided. As all packages comes with a tracking number, we will try our best to help track down your package and direct it to your correct address. Any re-shipping charges incurred will be charged to the customer for the wrong address provided.
