Hiring: Public Relations & Marketing Executive

We're looking for a responsible, meticulous and positive individual to join our team as a Public Relations and Marketing Executive! We put priority in giving our customers an enjoyable shopping experience and if you take pride in being helpful, a go-getter mindset and a high level of work ethic and integrity we'd love for you to apply.

We are a small team jewellery brand based in Singapore currently experiencing high growth and stepping out of our online shell. This candidate will work closely with the By Invite Only core team leads and our founder, Trixie Khong, and be an instrumental member in helping the brand grow to its best potential.

In this uncertain time impacted by COVID-19, we are someone who can adapt and think on their feet and quick to adapt with constantly changing markets, market expectations.

Scope of work:

Working directly with our core marketing team members on:

• Managing, creating and executing on KOL engagement strategy
• Managing, creating and executing our Affiliate/Sponsorship program
• Assist our marketing team in managing our loyalty program 'Crystal Club' in improving the loyalty of our customers
• Managing our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Page for our stores and Pinterest
• Media monitoring and reporting
• Managing a PR list and PR strategy
• Represent the brand during events, hosting KOLs at our store.
• Assist our marketing team during events or special pop ups (if any)

Requirements:

• Singaporean and PR based in Singapore only
• Education requirement: BA in a relavant field (marketing, communications or PR)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a relavant field (marketing or PR)
